Most of the documents on the web are written using HTML or XHTML. Whilst these languages are defined by technical specifications not everyone follows them. At Electrum we think it's important to conform to the appropriate standards not only to ensure our sites work across as wide a range as possible of browsers and other applications but also as a means to improve quality within our industry.
