Automated Factsheet Publishing
Factua is a web-based system for producing fund factsheets.
Most fund management companies produce fund factsheets either monthly or quarterly, and since these are client-facing materials, they have to be timely, accurate, and attractive. Producing these documents can be a chore that ties up valuable resources month after month.
By automating the whole process – from capturing the data to creating the finished documents – Factua can:

Factua can create fully-customised factsheets that enhance and reinforce your corporate brand, and that look as good as professionally-typeset documents. The generated PDF documents are suitable both for print and on-screen use.
Factua is a web-based system that is accessed via a web browser – no software needs to be installed locally, and no IT involvement is required.
Data for the factsheets can be taken directly from external data providers (e.g. Lipper) or from internal systems, reducing human error and improving traceability. All data is viewable and editable within the Factua web-based interface, and any changes made to the data are tracked, providing a complete audit trail.
