Factua is a factsheet generation system that gathers, stores & manages all the required data, and automatically produces attractive factsheets in a variety of electronic formats including print-ready PDF.

By automating the whole process from capturing the data to creating the finished documents Factua can:

• reduce the demands on key personnel
• remove the risk of errors associated with re-keying data

There are no limitations to the style, layout and content of the factsheets produced, which can include complex tables and charts. Factua can produce fully-branded output that enhances and reinforces your corporate brand.

Factua can use data from any provider (e.g. Lipper), supplemented by your own corporate data. You can supply additional data such as commentary using a web browser.

Factua can produce a variety of different documents from the same data, such as factsheets, performance summaries, chart-books, short-form reports, etc. Similarly, it can create output in other formats such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Since all of the documents use the same data, they are guaranteed to be consistent and correct.

Factua is offered as a web-based service, so the entire process can be managed via a web browser, and no software needs to be installed. The service is currently used by companies such as AEGON Asset Management, Old Mutual & UBS.
