Presentation Library System

Many organisations have a bank of slides which may be accessed by many departments and personnel, which need to be review and approved before being published and used. Presentation Library System (PLS) is a SharePoint based solution that makes extremely simple to upload new content and versions of slides and just as easy to review and approve them.

PLS allows you to upload a series of slides to SharePoint, either as PDF or PowerPoint format. These slides are then managed through a comprehensive review and approval process defined by you. Slides are versioned and a full audit trail is stored.

Slides can have filters applied to them and thumbnails of slides help you to find your way around. You can easily select the slides you wish to add to a new presentation or to one already stored in SharePoint. PLS automatically updates presentations when the underlying slides are updated Both slides and presentations are managed through a review and approval process, in the same way as slides or separate.

PLS is a hosted system so no software installation is needed. Only permitted users can access the slide library, and levels of users can be defined to restrict access for adding, removing or manipulating slides.
