Electrum develop a sophisticated Word template that allows Oriel Securities, an independent corporate and institutional stockbroker, to rapidly produce high quality advisory notes. The template integrates with a proprietry database and a SharePoint teamsite to dynamically retrieve up to the minute information on demand.

Chris McGowan, Project Manager : Leveraging existing content from central systems such SharePoint ensures that there is one authoritative source for the data used in the advisory notes. This means that duplication of effort is avoided and the analysts can be confident the correct data is used.

Miller Insurance – February 2009

Electrum develop a Microsoft Office based solution for Miller, an independent specialist insurance and reinsurance broker. The solution enables Miller to quickly produce high quality Proposals and RFI's from within Microsoft Word. The solution also allows Miller to produce consistent and striking Microsoft PowerPoint presentaions which are locked down to ensure that brand identity is maintained. Electrum's PerfectPitch technology allows Miller to quickly access and include existing content from filebased and SharePoint content stores.

Stuart Harper, Project Manager: Enabling Miller to maximize reuse of existing standard content with the PerfectPitch technology was a major goal. The reduction in production time and the increase in consistency is a major benefit.
