European Savings Directive November 2005

Electrum is currently making changes to systems and macros at a leading investment manager to ensure they comply with new regulations for the European Savings Directive regarding multiple account holders and beneficiaries. The changes enable existing systems to be used, despite numerous changes to the user interface and functionality. Electrum was chosen for the job because of their skills and experience with the systems and their ability to quickly add and change functionality without changing the underlying systems or file formats. Changing systems in this way is quick, cost effective and extends the lifetime of legacy systems while providing up-to-date features and functionality.

Microsoft SharePoint October 2005

Building on recent successes with SharePoint, Electrum has integrated key reporting components from Factua, Electrum's automated factsheet generation product, into a financial dashboard which gives instant access to a collection of disparate financial facts. Electrum continues to expand it's SharePoint knowledge and is currently consulting with two clients with quite different needs that SharePoint can fulfill.

Telewest WebForms June 2005

When Telewest came to us with their problem, they needed an outsourced solution that enabled them to produce reports from on-line surveys. We immediately had an answer - WebForms. Electrum's WebForms service allows Telewest to collect HR information from a range of HTML forms, store them in a database and produce reports as web pages or downloadable files for further analysis and merging with applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Telewest has enjoyed an ROI within the first month of using the WebForms service.

Quarterly Reporting System for CCLA 30 May 2005

Electrum recently completed a document production system for CCLA Investment Management that allows CCLA to produce client-specific reports for hundreds of clients within a few hours. The 20+ page reports are both professionally printed and distributed as PDF documents. The reports are made up of 80% common content and 20% client-specific content. The standard content is created using a set of "smart" Word and Excel templates designed by Electrum. Another Electrum tool then produces hundreds of client-specific documents automatically by adding the client-specific content.

Risk System Beta Test 2 May 2005

Electrum are beta testing a Risk System allowing financial services companies to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and Basel II risk control requirements. A web-based dashboard provides editing and reporting capabilities for the database of risks and loss events.

Newsletter system for Ambrian Partners 28 Mar 2005

Electrum have developed a branded strategic advice newsletter system for Ambrian Partners. Ambrian provide in strategic advice on the mining and minerals sector to companies and governments worldwide.

Bearer Shares system for FTI Luxembourg 20 Feb 2005

Franklin Templeton Investments (Luxembourg) has taken delivery of a Bearer Shares system developed by Electrum. The system automates reconciliation of bearer share transactions by European clearing houses, dramatically reducing processing time, errors and costs.
