Fund Supermarkets 10th December 2002

Electrum recently completed an application that enables an Edinburgh fund manager to automate the gathering of sales information from fund supermarkets and put it into a back-office system.

Factua 1st August 2002

Electrum recently completed the latest version of Factua, an automated factsheet production system, built on the Microsoft .NET platform. Microsoft .NET is the latest development platform from Microsoft and is designed to make it easy for developers to customise and re-use code and applications. Using .NET will make it much easier for Electrum to implement new functionality and change the functionality of Factua, thus enabling Electrum to customise and enhance Factua to meet each client's needs and requirements.

PowerMapper 3.0 1st July 2002

Electrum announce the release of PowerMapper version 3, their award-winning web site mapping product. New features in version 3 included enhanced printing, scheduled mapping and site planning. PowerMapper is used by information architects and web developers in 22% of the US Fortune 100. Customers include Boeing, NASA, IBM, Shell and Sony.

Global Infrastructure Monitor March 5, 2002

Electrum recently completed an application to track real-time virus interceptions for MessageLabs' 24x7 Global Operations Centre.

Virus statistics are displayed on a world map displayed on a wall-sized plasma display, and are used by anti-virus technicians to monitor MessageLabs' global network.

MessageLabs provided an outsourced email security service to blue-chip companies like Lloyds TSB, McDonalds, Conde Nast and Diageo.

Performance Chart Generator January 27, 2002

Electrum announced the completion of the development of a performance chart generator application for a major client. The application enables users to automatically create fund performance charts from fund data. The layout, style and appearance of the charts can be easily customised and incorporated into PDF and web factsheets. The web charts can also be viewed through an interactive viewer (also developed by Electrum) that enables users to view fund performance over various time periods, giving users a better understanding of the fund's performance over time.

PowerPoint Factsheets January 7, 2002

Electrum recently announced a major enhancement to Factua to enable it to automatically create PowerPoint presentations, making it possible for sales and marketing staff to make internal and external presentations of fund performance and factsheets information as soon as the information is available.
